Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International Orders: 10–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping Offer

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.

Vitaro is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Vitaro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We will gladly assist in filing a claim when possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authority.

Vitaro is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged package and products.

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
